Great Northern Carousel

In Helena, Montana, native wildlife takes a playful turn at the Great Northern Carousel, where 37 hand-carved animals—from grizzlies to trout—bring a uniquely local touch to this beloved family attraction. Paired with classic organ music, detailed glasswork by local artist Mary Harris, and scenic panels showcasing Helena landmarks, the carousel is as much a work of art as it is a fun experience for all ages.

Join us Thursday this summer for Out to Lunch — a free midday concert series featuring live local music and your favorite food trucks!

The Out to Lunch summer concert series occurs each Thursday in June, July, and August from 11:30am to 1:30pm in the Great Northern Town Center Amphitheater.
